Aneurismal bone cyst is a benign bone lesion which is rarely seen in children and young adults. This lesion is frequently localized in long bonesq however, it can be seen more scarerly, in vertebrae, oranial and other boyd bones. Two cases of spinal aneurismal bone cysts which were diagnosed and treated have been presented in this paper. The results which are obtained by diagnosis and treatment have been discussed.
