Abstract

Bilateral unicameral bone cysts of the calcaneus are extremely uncommon. A sixteen-year-old female presented with bilateral heel pain. Conventional radiographs and computed tomography showed cystic lesions and cameral cystic formation. Curettage and bone grafting were performed. The patient had no complaints in the postoperative 38th month. Radiologically, no recurrence was observed.

Özet

İki taraflı unikameral kalkaneus kemik kisti oldukça nadir görülür. İki topuğunda ağrı şikayeti ile başvuran 16 yaşında bir kız çocuğunda konvansiyonel grafilerde ve bilgisayarlı tomografide iki taraflı unikameral kistik lezyon saptandı. Tedavide küretaj ve kemik grefonajı uygulandı. Ameliyat sonrası 38. ayda hastada hiçbir şikayet gözlenmedi, radyolojik olarak rekürens saptanmadı.
