We compared the results of radial head resection to prosthesis and the radial implant was found to be superior to resection. But the resection of the radial head is a safe and reliable alternative method if the prosthesis is not available.

Radius başı rezeksiyonu ve primer protezleme sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında, protez uygulamanın üstünlükleri görüldü. Protezin temin edilemediği durumlarda rezeksiyonun güvenilir bir alternatif olduğu saptandı.
