Abstract
Although, there is a Iot of studies about the diagnostic value of the CT in meniscus tears, its way of application is still in discuss. Passariello advices to put both of the two Iower extremities in the gantry tunnel, taking 2 mm sections. Manco said that using the high resolution CT gives more exact results. In our study, we Iooked for the differences in diagnostic values of the CT of the knee joint with the CT taken after the arthrography.
Özet
Meniskus yırtıklarında CT nin tanı değeri ile birçok araştırma yapılmasına karşın, uygulama tarzı hala tartışılmalıdır. Passariello, her iki alt extremiteyi, gantry tüneli içerisine sokarak 2 mm lik kesitler alınmasını önerirken, Manco, high resolution CT nin kullanılmasının daha kesin sonuçlar verdiğini ileri sürdü. Biz çalışmamızda diz eklemi CT si ile artrografi sonrası çekilen CT nin tanı değeri açısından karşılaştırmasını yaptık.
