Dislocation of the metacarpophalengeal articulation of the intero finger

Abstract
A case of old, unreduced dislocation, at the m.p. Joint of right index finger is presented. This case was diagnosed eight years age, when the patient was 16 years of age and surgical reduction was recommended but not accepted. During this eight years, this joint remained unreduced. The patient became able to use his right index fınger, due to new false joint formed, at the dorsal of the matacarpal head. But dislocated metacarpal head remained in the palm and caused restriction of the function. Therefore the treatment of this case was consisted of resection of old metacarpal head from the palm.

Sağ el işaret parmağında oluşmuş ve ameliyatla yerine konmayı kabul etmemiş bir m.p. Oynak dislokasyonu vak ası sekiz yıllık eski dislokasyon şeklinde tekrar geldi. İşaret parmağı yeni duruma uyup iş görür durumda olduğu için el ayasındaki metakarp basının rezeksiyonu ile tedavi edildi.
