Abstract
Hemimelic epiphyseal dysplasia is a very rare developmental disorder affecting the epiphysis in young children. The disorder usually affects the lower limbs predominantly the knee and ankle. We report a case of hemimelic epiphyseal dyplasia of the medial half of the epiphysis of the distal femur.

Hemimelik epifizer displazi, çok nadir görülen ve çocukların epifizlerini etkileyen bir gelişim bozukluğudur. Genellikle alt ekstremiteyi özellikle diz ve ayak bileğini etkiler. Bu yazıda, femur distal, medial epifizi etkilemiş bir vakayı bildiriyoruz.
