In our research we have studied the effect of the trauma on the C3-C4, Ig A-Ig G-Ig M levels found in the synovial fluid of the knee joint. From the samples taken within the first 24 hours we have noted an increase in the Ig A and Ig G levels.\nAll the patients have been investigated in four groups (Ig A was 158. 75; IgG 7.63). Çalışmamızda travmanın diz eklemi Sinovyal Sıvısında bulunan-Ç3-C4-lg A-Ig M seviyelerine etkisi araştırılmış, ilk 24 saatte alınan eklem mayilerinde Ig A ve Ig G düzeylerinde yükselme, süre ilerledikçe bu düzeylerde düşme saptanmıştır. Diz eklemi dokularında, travma ile oluşan permeabilite bozukluğu ve lenfatik drenaj gecikmesinin, histopatolojik değişikliklerle paralellik göstermekte olduğu kanısına varılmıştır.
