Intramusculer hemangiomas that ara rarely seen have been analysed and two cases prensented. In the first couse bone invasion in the musculer hemangioma with new bone formation in the tumoral tissue and periosteal reaction is-depicted and radiologically and pathologically establiched. Diagnosis and treatment of intramuskular hemangioma have been discussed under the light of various literature and attention has been drawn to the conflicting percentages given as recidive ratios.
Özet
Oldukça nadir görülen intramusküler hemangiomlar incelenmiş ve 2 vaka takdim edilmiştir. Birinci vakada intramusküler hemangiomlar içinde çok nadir olarak görülen kemik tutulması, tümör dokusu icinde yeni kemik oluşumu ve periost reaksiyonu ile belirlenmiş ve bu oluşum radyolojik ve patolojik anatomik olarak saptanmıştır. Teşhis ve tedavi yöntemleri literatür ışığı altında tartışılmış ve nüks oranında verilen değişik yüzdelere dikkat çekilmiştir.
