The extremity prolongation technique with the distraction epiphysiolisis has been applied to 5 cases of 12-15 ages with 4 to 7 cm of leg length discrepancy due to poliomyelitis. The obtained results and the details of the used technique have been represented.
Özet
Poliomyelitise bağlı 4 ile 7 cm. Arasında değişen kısalığı olan 12-15 yaşlarında 5 olguya distrasiyon epifizyolizi ile ekstremite uzatılması tekniği uygulandı. Bu olgulardan elde edilen sonuçlar ve kullandığımız tekniğin ayrıntıları sunuldu.
