Abstract
Between the years 1986-1990 in the clinic of orthopaedics and traumatology of GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital combined Rowe and Zarins reconstruction, semimembranosusplasty, vastusplasty, sartoriusplasty and gracilisplasty has been performed in 15 cases with chronic anterior instability. \nThe results are evaluated according to patients history. Clinical and radiological examination and percentage to return to preinjuries level of daily and sport activities.\nIn general estimation we have obtained 40% excellent, 46.7% good and 13.3% fair results. Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with Rowe and Zarins procedure is effective.

1986-1990 yılları arasında GATA Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Servisinde kronik anterior diz instabilitesi tanısı konan 15 olguya Rowe ve Zarins tekniği ile ön çapraz bağ rekonstrüksiyonu, kapsüloplasti. posterior köşe tamiri, semimembranosusplasti, vastusplasti ve gracilisplasti teknikleri kombine edilerek uygulandı. \nSonuçlar olgunun subjektif semptom, klinik ve radyolojik muayene, travma öncesi günlük ve sportif aktiviteye dönüş oranına göre değerlendirildi. \nGenel değerlendirmede %40 çok iyi, %46. 7 iyi ve %13.3 orta derecede başarılı sonuç elde ettik. \nÖn çapraz bağ eksikliğinde Rowe ve Zarins tekniği ile yapılan rekonstrüksiyon etkili bir yöntemdir.
