Treatment of congenital dislocation of hip by medial approach in our hospital, the 38 hips of 26 patients with congenital dislocation of the hip were evaluated, which related by medial approach between January 1983 and April 1986, the advantages, complications and the results were reviewed with the other reports of authors and decided that the medial approach is an effective method for the treatment of the hips under the age of 2 year.

Hastahanemizde Ocak 1983 - Nisan 1986 yılları arasında medial girişimle tedavi edilen DKÇ li 26 hastanın 38 kalçası değerlendirildi. Bu yöntemin üstünlükleri, komplikasyonları ve sonuçları literatür ışığı altında gözden geçirilerek, DKÇ tedavisinde etkili bir yöntem olduğuna karar verildi.
